We are investigating the idea of developing a small complex of work spaces at Ardoch, located next to Logie Timber, approximately 6 miles south of Forres on the A940 Forres to Grantown On Spey road.
We are currently at the stage of establishing what could be needed and would like to hear from you if you have a need for a light industrial, workshop or studio space of any size.
We are looking to find out what could be needed by potential occupants and what you would desire from such a workspace. Your feedback will also help us to determine whether people would like to be based on Logie Estate.
The results from the survey will help inform planning and design processes, should there be a strong desire for such commercial spaces to be created.
