What’s Here at Logie Steading

A true hidden gem of the Findhorn Valley, Logie Steading Visitor Centre invites you to explore, unwind, and discover the very best of this special corner of Scotland. Here you will find independent shops and makers, a welcoming café, Logie House Garden, an adventure-filled play park, riverside walks, courses, craftsmanship and seasonal entertainment.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Findhorn Valley, Logie Steading was originally built as a model farm in the 1920s. The handsome sandstone buildings now host an enthusiastic community of independent makers, retailers and creators — a thoughtfully curated collection of shops, often with specialist knowledge of their niche products. The Café at Logie Steading is warm and welcoming, serving delicious homemade food that highlights local produce, including the estate’s own Longhorn beef and wild venison.

Just beyond the steading lie the glorious surroundings of Logie House Garden, the adventure-filled play park and spectacular riverside walks along the River Findhorn. Whether you are escaping for a few restorative hours, enjoying a local weekend outing, or making the most of your time away, Logie Steading offers something for everyone.

Rooted in the working Logie Estate, Logie Steading Visitor Centre is a living place where heritage, creativity and nature meet. Beyond the courtyard and its immediate surroundings, the estate offers salmon fishing, outdoor activities, and a lively calendar of pop-up events, outdoor theatre and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
