Logie Steading’s Christmas Mini Market is back for 2026!
If you are a local grower, producer or maker of food, crafts or artisan products and you’d like to exhibit at our Christmas Market this December – we’d love to hear from you!
Located just 6 miles outside Forres in the beautiful Findhorn Valley, Logie Steading is already home to a number of producers and retailers. Named as one of the top 7 ‘Loveliest Boutique Christmas Markets in the UK’ by the Sunday Times in 2024, this is your opportunity to come and join us for the day or weekend.
For 2026, the Christmas Market will take place on Saturday 5th AND Sunday 6th December.
Available locations, and prices, are as follows:
- The Long Room – these are our only fully INDOOR pitches and there are only 7 available per day so please be quick if you would like to book one of these. These come with table hire. £55 per day.
- The Bookshop Lean to – these pitches are under the lean to at the Bookshop which means they are undercover, but outside and open to the elements to a degree. You must being your own table. £45 per day.
- Market stall pitches – these are located within the Courtyard, on the path leading to the Courtyard, near the Long Room and in the plant shop area. They are set up and ready for your arrival on the day and include a table. £55 per day.
- Bring your own gazebo – these will be located in the car park across from the Long Room. £45 per day.
- Food/Coffee: Bring your own trailer/self-contained unit – TBC where these will be located. It will be determined by the size of your unit and power requirements. £90 per day.
HOW TO APPLY
- All bookings are managed by Alasdair Boyne. Please email him with the following information: the dates you want to book, the type of stall and any other relevant information. Contact Alasdair by emailing: alasdair.boyne@outlook.com
- Payment will be by BACs and arranged via Alasdair.
- PLEASE NOTE: We have experienced some scammers on Facebook trying to sell pitches. This is not the Estate, or Alasdair. Please do not engage with anyone regarding your booking on social media. We will never ask you to pay for your pitch via Facebook or Instagram.
Important things to note before booking:
- TIMINGS: Markets run from 1000 – 1530 with exhibitors expected to be ready to open by 0945 on the day, and trade to 1530. Previously we have closed at 1600, however, given the light is lost by 1600 and there are no street lights, we feel it is safer to close in day light hours.
- SET UP:
- You will be able to set up from 0700 on market days.
- If you wish to set up on the Friday, please contact events@logie.co.uk, to discuss what might be possible.
- SPACES ARE LIMITED: Please do apply early – we will do our best to respond to your preferences. While we can adapt to changes, please be aware it is harder to do so the closer we get to the event.
- INSURANCE: You must provide a copy of your public AND product liability insurance as well as a risk assessment for your stall. We will need copies of these in advance. If you are selling food, we will also need to see your food hygiene certificates.
- ELECTRIC: We can offer electrical hook up for most of the stall locations, charged at £10 for the day. This is offered on a first come first serve basis. Please advise this when you book with an estimation of how many kWs your appliance requires. There is a limit to what we can supply. We can support external generators, but again please advise at point of booking so we know how big they are, level of noise etc.
- WIFI: Free wifi will be available at all stall locations.
