Autumnal Felting

It's a fun process which is hard work but has everyone producing their own unique piece of felt. We would then use the leaves we had found as templates to make a pile of soft felted leaves. The final part is stringing them together and adding beads for weight. It is rewarding watching each person going away feeling a sense of achievement at learning a new skill and having made their own garlands to decorate their home.

If you think you would have enjoyed this course don’t worry you can still have a go at home. I have put together a limited number of kits that are for sale in Hellygog. Not quite the same as learning together but still good fun and fingers crossed next year we can sit round the work tables at Hellygog again to create and learn together.
